  Yummmy!!!! Oysters...... Maybe not everyone's favourite food but with a reputation for enhancing bedroom performance you cannot get better and fresher oysters that direct from the grower. Cole Bros have their shop on the shores of lovely Port Stephens where these repulsive looking but delightfully slithery delicacies are grown. They serve you with oysters fresh from their growing beds. Much cheaper than buying in the city you can buy in open or closed shell or pickled in bottles. The owners are chatty about their product and any weather conditions that may have affected their quality. Friendly and cheerful they may even give you a free tasting.

  Love your oysters, love your service!!! Best oyster place in Port Stephens right on the river. It's a family owned business and the family members serve you. Ask them a lot of questions and advice - they are like a Tourist Information centre. Eat your oysters at the park next door. Last time I did, I saw a dolphin leap out of the river. The park is a good spot for a picnic, fishing, and swimming during summer. Hope they fixed the holes in the swimming net - watch out for the bull sharks!

  The best oyster I have had in the Australia trip! It is better than Sydney and Tasmania one. The view is also wonderful.
